Rich at Standard Air takes pride in providing accurate, thorough troubleshooting service and making repairs with industry standard techniques. We were very pleased as he greatly exceeded all expectations when our 20+ year old A/C system failed to provide cooling. We called Rich, left a message and received a call back within 5 minutes. He came out to our home next morning at 08:00 and fully diagnosed and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. He could have easily convinced us to buy a new system but did not. While he could not tell us how much life span was left on our system, he assured us we could rely on him for quick service if needed in the future. Given his obvious superior knowledge, expertise, and customer rapport, we will certainly call him again when we need to replace our system.
Rich from Standard Air was fantastic! He was able to come out and service our unit the day after I contacted him. After looking at our unit and hearing our concerns, he was able to clean and service the HVAC system. He also determined part of our cooling issue was caused by a damper being closed to the upstairs. After fixing these issues, our house feels completely comfortable on all levels. Rich was very thorough, honest, and a really nice guy! We will recommend him to anyone we know looking for HVAC services.
Rich Barnes (Standard Air) estimate was very competitive. His crew and him showed up on time and installed a completely new AC system. They were very professional and cleaned up after they were done. I have been using the new system for a month and it definitely cools better than the old system and the outside unit is much more quiet than the old fan. I highly recommend Standard Air.
Rich and his team at Standard Air are great! They are communicative, punctual, professional, and friendly. Rich is always available to answer questions and sound advice on what you NEED and not what he wants to sell you! He has done my HVAC and my hot water heater. Both projects were smooth and done well. I have not hesitation using Standard Air for any of my needs around the home!
Rich Barnes is great. Called for a check up and he responded immediately, came out within days. Did a really thorough check of the unit, cleaned it and made sure it was running properly. Can't say enough good things about Standard Air and Mr. Barnes. Highly recommend them. He put our unit in two years ago, did a great job, great price, always responds. Hard to find quality reliable contractors these day - his company is one you can depend on. This is an honest review from a customer - not a friend, or relative. He was recommended and I am glad he was.
